Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Estimated delivery times:
- Canada: 5–10 business days
- United States: 7–14 business days
- International: 10–21 business days

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to follow your package through the carrier's website.
Customs, Duties & Taxes International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our shipping rates.
